For the bolded. Must I make a list of games Nintendo has made with 3rd parties this generation? Also the harsh regulation was during the NES, SNES periods, plus a little at the begging of the N64, during the GameCube era they tried to make amends with 3rd parties. You should brush up on your history, I can recommend some good books.
And you still haven't addressed the responses you received, like for example the fact that Nintendo has been criticized.

Ill clarify- when I say criticism proof I don't mean that no one has ever criticized nintendo. I'm saying that when they do they are instantly the bad guy, whether or not what they say is true. Nintendo has an "untouchable" status, even a minor rebuke of their policy and the person making the claim must clearly be at least misguided, if not out right evil.
