At the store the manager unlocked the phone in the back and pulled up the customers info (not giving it to me of course). He called the guys home and left a message to come and get his phone. That is what I would do. No reason to go to the police or turn it into the cab company, just go straight to the source (if you can). |
This is the best course of action open to you. I know keeping it is tempting, but morally it is wrong if you could find a way to get it back to him. Of course if there is no reasonable way to get the phone to the company it would default back to ok in my play book of right and wrong.
