Bioshock wins another GOTY award, this time from GameInformer

Huh? So are you saying that GI is bad because it honored Bioshock or because it includes Wii as "next generation" (which is now actually the current generation)?

And I am not sure how these are connected.

PS -- As long as SMG is in the conversation, I think that is approrpriate. My comments about GI on another thread (one I started) were about reviewers not listing it at ALL -- not about them not listing it in the top space. I don't have a 360 and I am not that good in first-person shooter/adventure games. And I am one of the oldest one on this board (44). But even I can see the greatness in Bioshock. When it came out, I said to a local indie game store owner that it would be better than Halo 3. And I stand by that assessment. (In other words, it is possible for people to think both games are good.)
