Lots of hard work and dedication. I didn't use any established diet plan or work out regiment, I just did a lot of research on how to eat smart and worked out 4 days a week for about 1.5-2 hours. I'd be happy to make a post about how I went about achiving my goals if enough people were interested in learning however. The concepts involved for getting ripped are extremely easy to grasp, the hard part is mastering your own willpower... that is one of the hardest things in the world to do. But once you see the results coming it all of a sudden becomes sooooo much easier. ^_^
