For me yes it is the year of the xbox 360 because I am going to spend the most money on games for it compared to the others.
In terms of console exclusives it has the most popular fps franchise arriving this year (halo reach), it has the most popular wrpg arriving with (fable 3). The redesigned xbox 360 is doing extremely well at the top of the sales charts at amazon and gamestop currently. Kinect seems to be attracting the casuals because it's also at the top of the charts way above the Sony Move despite the fact that the Move is launching sooner and at a lower price.
The 360 also continues to have strong 3rd party support so yes there is a good chance that this is the year of the 360.
