Damn. The article you put is much more detailed and further supports my reasoning that they need to be tried as adults for manslaughter and the mother needs to be tried for child endangerment with what ever can be added on due to the childs death. This is clearly an ongoing abuse that needs to have the harshest of possible outcomes.
This is why I agree with capital punishment. These two are just some f'ed up people. They have been using this little child as a punching bag to practice on for a long time and clearly don't belong in society. How much pain and suffering did this little girl and probably her other little sisters have to go through...I want to see them in adult prison.
