9/11 resulted in more fire and war being used in reaction to a terroristy attack on US home soil. Racism and intolerance towards the Middle East intensified. Defense force and border protection policies were tightened worldwide. The governments worldwide stripped civil liberties and freedoms from its citizens in order to keep people safe from the terrorists.
The Gulf Of Mexico oil spill is a tragic environmental disaster. Hopefully action will be taken to ensure such an incident like this never happens again. BP the evil oil company who needs to pay for the clean up and damges to the US economy. BP needs to pay billions and billions in compensation and fixing up the environmental damage. All the US businesses that have collapsed due to the Oil disaster, need to be compensated by BP. Cost cutting and the lack of thorough inspections has allowed for this oil leakage disaster.
Crude oil does not break down and it will kill all the plant and animal life in the surrounding area. Fishing industries and tourism industries have been critically damaged. BP is a criminal corporation run by pirates and cowboys. Profits on crude oil sales are maximised by cutting corners and heavily reducing costs.
