This was what i was confused about at e3, people where saying it was not pre recoreded footage of forza , so how did he accelerate and break?

He didn't. The game did it for him. It's a mode you can play in Forza 3 where the car automatically speeds up, and brakes for you, and all you have to do it steer. This was the mode/game type they played in for the demo.

It's a feature of the game.

My question still stands... how are you going to accelerate/brake in a game that's "optimized for standing" as the developers say?
