Microsoft has not failed... they have failed you.
This is their first step into going full (well, almost full anyway) casual for the future - where the money really is
Of course that means sacrifices to their hardcore investments, but they want to command the family living room, not the fratboy bedroom anymore.
To me Kinect is going to sell a lot, much more than move - even though I'm gonna buy move and not Kinect.
