I know it's the rules, but I think they are wrong. I admit it was stupid, but that other player massively over-reacted it was a soft kickout kinda like David Beckham's in 1998. I personally only think a red card should be given for professional fouls or dangerous tackles, or kicking out at a with intent to cause injury.
