Some of the new details about the cars they are including have made me a bit more excited about the game. Some of the over the top visual details don't really interest me as much. When stuff is wizzing past at 150 mph, I really don't know how much I'll pay attention to it. I think I'll notice the details on the cars, but even that I think they they went past what people will really pay attention to after the initial "oooo aaah" when you first play the game. It sounds like a lot of superfluous work that delayed the game 2 years longer than it needed to be. My bitching about that aside though, it looks like they included some cool online features and this might be the first PS3 game that I'll pre-order.
