So M$ says they want to sell 5 million Kinect units, but the analyst expects them to sell 3 million; he just saying he thinks they will realistically sell 3 million. maybe it could supprise us and sell 10 million...

No, he says MS will SHIP 3 Million units, when MS says the expect to sell 5 million. Why would MS only ship 3 million when they expect to sell 5?
