Depends. The discounts on the PSN store and free content may make me save money overall by getting it, depending on what is discounted or offered.
The main feature I want is cloud storage for my saves, and from what I understand that is in the works, so if I didn't get it immediately I'd get it when they announce that feature. That's the only feature I'd actually be willing to pay extra for.

Oh yeah, priority for beta access is also cool. I'd probably be willing to fork over a couple of bucks for that too.
