if you are charging your move controllers, you probably aren't using the eye, so you can just unplug it.

Not true

When you have very long gaming sessions, you often need to have some on charge while using others, or at least that's what I've found

I'm not exactly sure what you are saying isn't true?  I mean if you're playing for 20 hours straight, then sure you can just plug in your spare controllers.  But in most cases it's easier to simply use a hub and not worry about scheduling your play time around charging.

As for the eye, I guess if you're playing with multiple move controllers, and are playing for so long that you need to have spares, then you can't unplug it.  But that just brings me back to my point that a hub is easier.  Nobody seems to complain about needing either spare batteries or a charging station for their Wii/360.

Sorry, that was pretty vague, I'll admit. I deleted from the bit I quoted what I wasn't responding to - if I owned move I would likely want to charge and play at the same time. I like that with My Wii I can have 8 batteries in use and 4 on charge, if I needed more on charge I would buy a 2nd charger because they are free with batteries in Aus anyway

I'm not complaining about the move btw, I've stated already in this thread that it is a pretty silly complaint
