I'll spell it out for you, since you're not getting it.

The Wii has a rear port for the sensor bar with optional wireless sensor bar and uses two pairs of AA batteries to power two sets of Wii controllers and all you need is a battery charger which can charge batteries in 15 minutes. If you run out of power your minimum down time is 15 minutes which is nothing really.

The Wii is simple to use. You don't have to buy or assume people have any extra accessories to make it work. Hell people can get away with a 20 pack of AA batteries if they want to from the supermarket.It... Just... Works... for everyone, you don't have to contrive scenarios.

With move you have either got lots of tangling cables or lots of accessories to replace the tangling cables to go with lots of accessories. Its competely over the top complication! Remember the Wii is completely wireless, you don't need to plug/unplug ANYTHING for it to work. Sony failed at the one thing they should have copied on the Wii which is keeping things simple.

In one line if you can't be bothered reading that:

You don't have to make excuses for the Wii, you do for the Move.

This is yet another rediculous thread. Your actually complaing about charging and OMG TANGLING CABLES! Anyone who is going to be gaming enough to warrent a repetative recharge is going to be a gamer and have their charging figured out. I find it refreshing that my game company doesn't want me to waste my time going to the SUPERMARKET to pick up batteries so i can game. I mean wow what a hassle that is.  And don't treat your cables like crap and they would'nt tangle. I mean seriously I have to state ways to not tangle your cables?

Oh and Btw, "You don't have to buy or assume people have any extra accessories to make it work. Hell people can get away with a 20 pack of AA batteries if they want to from the supermarket.It... Just... Works... for everyone, you don't have to contrive scenarios."  You HAVE to get more batteries for the wii mote to work so that something you HAVE to buy in order to do that like you said go to the supermarket thats a CONTRIVED SENARIO. It wont work for everyone either.

Practicaly everything has usb ports these days like others have stated. If your a true gamer your house would have these bad boys in it.

You can't charge the controllers on stand by, you can't play and charge a motion controller and they have a lot of controllers whilst taking up one of the usb ports for the Eyetoy. This is an important issue. The only convenient solution to the charging issue is yet another accessory, the charge kit because thats the only way to store and charge the motion controllers which actually makes sense from a practical standpoint.

Btw most gamers go to the super market between once every month and once every week so its not a hassle to pick up batteries whilst you're there, its like toilet paper and you really shouldn't run out of them if you don't have a charger. Also you can pick up a charger for little more than the cost of a set of batteries so no more running out of them.

Do you not even find it remotely rediculous that the PS3 has no rear facing USB port? The fact that they design the thing to be part of someones home entertainment system and yet can't find it in their hearts to follow the standard and put a usb port at the back? Hell Nintendo/Microsoft both did it, they're dumb though and obviously not as smart as Sony when it comes to making hardware choices.
