I gotta say Nintendo E3 conference was the best of any conference this year. It blew me away, but after the conference, Nintendo began announcing more content throughout the day. The list of 3DS titles kept growing with a new MarioKart, PilotWings, remakes of StarFox64 and OOT. Then theirs there's all the third party content.

The Legend Of Zelda:(space)Skyward Sword: sure I liked the live demo by Shigeru, but this was one of the worst presentations of a new Zelda game. I think back to TP and then back to Windwaker and further back to OoT. (< Runon sentence) Every time an epic trailer was shown and content not on the show floor was availible. (< What?) But Nintendo chose to only show us essentially the floor demo. No epic boss battles, no horse back riding, no other gameplay elements. Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing LOZ:SS, but it was by far the worst unvieling unveiling of a Zelda game in recent history. They could have shown us way much more!

3DS , their (Really? I thought we stopped making this mistake in 2nd grade.) was a total lack of info with the 3DS. Nintendo didn't comment at all on the consoles actual power (processing power), they didn't talk at all about release date or even vaguely hint that the console is coming in 2010 or 2011. Then the price point was also ignored. In the past Nintendo has almost always unvieled unveiled their price points and launch date's dates or at least launch period's periods at E3, yet there was absolutely no info on the 3DS's launch. Heck, Nintendo never even told us how many titles will be availible at launch (only one confirmed at the show; Kid Icarus:Uprising).

3DS games: when I saw Kid Icarus, I was extatic ecstatic, but I wanted to see more. I thought origionally originally, "I guess Nintendo has nothing else to show" that would have been sufficient. (< I don't even know what you're trying to say here.) Until, within hours, photo's photos of Mario Kart, PilotWings, Oot made their way to the internet. Soon, the list of titles blossomed to over twenty, and I wondered, "why didn't Nintendo show some of these titles at their conference?" Where was the MarioKart trailer, PilotWings trailer and trailers from third party titles? Nintendo could have shown way much more content for the 3DS during their conference.

Vitality Sensor: I was sorta dissapointed that the Vitality Sensor wasn't in Nintendo's conference. I really wanted to see what Nintendo had instore in store for it. Origionally Originally, I thought the product was cancelled, but soon after read an interview with a Nintendo employee saying Nintendo just didn't think it was right for the show. Didn't think it was right for the show? Come on, Nintendo could have shown the launch software and some of the third party content they talked about last year.

Now don't take it as me complaining about Nintendo's conference and their exhibits, but after seeing and hearing so much that Nintendo has unvieled unveiled, I can't help but wonder why Nintendo didn't actually use the full 2 hours. I counted it at what, an hour and a half? Why didn't they unviel unveil everything they've unvieled unveiled today at their press conference? It would have only made the conference that much better then than the competition.

Why did Nintendo show us so little?
