PS3 doesn't have native support for 3D. Developers have to put exact same effort in to making a Ps3 3D game as they do a 360 3D game.
The only difference is that Ps3 tells the TV which 3D format the game is using since its using the the new "frame packing" 3D signal, while users have to set the proper 3D format on the 360, which reflects their 3DTV.

the ps3 does have native support for 3d.. and is the only current gen console that has that.. according to kaz harai

Well he is a dirty liar, or he has a very loose definition for "native support".
PS3 does not provide a native blanket driver which makes games 3D. It is up to the developers to code the game in 3D, as PS3 does not provide a driver like Nvidia does for the PC which turns a game automatically in to 3D.
The only thing PS3 does is use software to emulate HDMI 1.4 plug since it doesnt' have it. Everything else is same as with 360 when it comes to 3D.
Now in the future it may have a driver which helps make games 3D, but so far it does not have native 3D support.

Crysis 2 releasing on 360 in full 3d and 720p says hello. Thats November this year.

Again, thats not "native support". Neither 360 nor PS3 has a 3D driver. Developers have to figure out how to make a game work in 3D on both consoles.
Invincible tiger, Avatar and 3D infinity(xbl indy game) have already done 3D very well on the 360...
