Yes, it has co-op but they still haven't confirmed if it's online, offline or both.  They also promised a survival mode similar to Gear's Horde mode and ODST's Firefight.

Survival mode sounds cool.  

Well they did mention in the previews that you have 2 extra squadmates with you in the campaign mode, so 3 player co-op maybe?
