Yes, it has co-op but they still haven't confirmed if it's online, offline or both.  They also promised a survival mode similar to Gear's Horde mode and ODST's Firefight.

 

I would imagine its online,  that seems to be the norm for games at least to be onine co-op before local.  Any idea how many will the co-op support?

Survival mode sounds cool.
