I don't have a PS Eye. If I wanted an introduction to the Playstation move I would buy the Move Bundle for $99.
Personally, I think I'd want the full experience which would require the Move bundle ($99), the navigator ($29) and an extra move controller (49). So my initial investment would be $180 tax.
I would pay that when the games were right. Which isn't right now, for me.
That being said, Sony is going to market the bundle as their main offering and so the price you will see for the move is $99 I'd guess.
