your trying to put the 3DS as a major mover in movies, and it will not be something people are going to choose over DVD for their movie watching. Blu-Ray is also a DVD format.

The 3DS may play 3D movies which is great but on the same token it's made for the portable market.

If anything What if Sony makes 3D movies for the 3DS you do not think that would happen..well already they have digital copy's of their film's that can go to portable's..which many of the studio's already do. on the same disc.

that's the problem. the portable Market is just that the Portable market it is not meant to compete with the LIVING room topset boxes because they are not in the same market.

when people go home to watch a move do the do that on the portable movie player or topset box with a large LCD screen?

I am not saying the 3DS is not going to sell through the roof..no doubt it will but on the same token it's not the same experience as you get when you watch your movies in the comfort of your living room.

which is where that shutter glasses 3D movie experience is for not on an handheld.

the quality on the 3DS is good for a handheld but the Quality of Blu-Ray is better on bigger LCD screen's.

which something the 3DS is not made for that market.
