It's a funny thing to see so many not understand business. M$ may not have grabbed your attention and showed core games releasing like 2011. ( Like Moves first core game ). But rather catered for the market that will actually by these devices. You think my mum is gonna say, theres only 5 genres to choose from on Launch. LOL.

She will say, I could play that. Lets get that.

CASUALS. Thats where the extra sales are.

As a core gamer I'm happy with the 10 Exclusives M$ has announced so far at E3.

You talk about not understanding business, so let's talk about the business case...

If the leaked prices (from several countries) are right, I don't think the games they showed were good enough for people to buy Kinect for this price.

Especially when the Wii has already conquered the market and minds of those who are only interested in simple games like these. Do you really think people will go ahead and buy another $300 console Kinect bundle just 2 or 3 years after buying a Wii?

Very much so. Kinect doesnt look like a copy. It looks like the next thing. It's a Wii upgrade. Kinect sports for example is body motion. Wii Bowling for instance can be won sat on the sofa. This is impossible with Kinect. Kinect gets 'you' involved by making your entire skeletal structure the controller for each part of the character onscreen.

You need no extra controllers. Instantly 4 player. No addons needed.

A £199 ( $299 ) Kinect 360 250gb bundle with a game will sell out XMAS.

It's my opinion. But Kinect is being viewed by mainstream public as the future. Not a wii copy.

Regardless of what us Hardcore ever think.
