I think even before this E3 it already was the home for 2D platformers. Sony has LBP but what else? And I can't even think of any for MS. Wii has quite a few, in addition to one's you've mentioned, muramasa, a boy and his blob, and don't forget a few for wiiware. DKCR and kirby just seals the deal :D
