Halo:CE has a meta score of 97. Halo 2 of 96. Halo 3 of 94. There was a trend there but Reach is bringing it back to its roots. It will have a higher score than Halo 3.  So 95-97 range , laws of average I'll say 96 meta.

Edit: I'm sticking with the 97 prediction. Space combat is too badass to not make it at least equal to CE. Not to mention they said they had some other big surprises up their sleeves possibly bigger than space combat.
