I'd say Nintendo as a close second only cause they didn't show images or videos of gameplay footage for the 3DS.  The reports I read from hands on after their presentation was that it needed to be perfectly positionned to work.

Go to Nintendo's E3 website. They have 3DS screenshots. I think there's a forum here with a bunch too.
