Let's take it from the point of view that you already own the console.
Kinect is rumored to be $149 w/ the basic game. That's it. 1 or more players only $149.
Move would be $99 plus $29 for navigator. For one player. Another $70 if you want two players. So, right off the bat your hitting anywhere from $150 (if you don't buy two navigators) or $210 w/ navigators.
That's only two players. Then there are the limitations where you can't use 4 wands and 4 navis. So if a game uses the navi/ds3 you're stuck to 2 players. (Wii even outdoes that).
Both are priced too high, but I have to admit that at face value and demo products shown, Kinect is probably going to do better than Move. But, both won't push the expanded audience away from Wii.
