No, but you might be able to get linux native torrent clients to work. Utorrent is windows only.
Even if you had one you would have to save your files to an external FAT32 formatted hard drive though, and even then you couldn't have any files bigger than 4gb each because of filesystem limitations. The drive would have to be external because the XMB and linux can't see eachother's partitions, and it has to be FAT32 because the XMB doesn't understand linux file systems (ext2, ext3, reiserfs, etc.)
