Not exactly. Nintendo had an excellent Wii showing with Zelda, DKC (by Retro!), Kirby, Metroid, Mario Sports and some highlighted key 3rd party exclusives like NBA Jam, Goldeneye and Epic Mickey (which they actually brought out Warren Fucking Spector for). Their only casual fluff was like 5 minutes each spent on Wii Party and Just Dance 2, which means their negatives weren't nearly as bad as Sony's boring Move stuff or Microsoft's embarrassing Kinect stuff either.
3DS really raped everything though. Forget handhelds or consoles, 3DS is hands down the winning game system of E3.
