But isn't the E3 for the whole world, not just the US? It is very retarded to have anyone do any major annouincements during a world cup, because most normal people don't give a shit about video games nowhere near as much as games.

Their having the conference in America. That's my whole point,nobody following the conference in America is going to be conflicted about the world cup. I can't really speak for the rest of the world,as I don't know anything about the rest of the world.
