People will buy FF14 on the PC.

Therefore it will detract from the sales of the PS3 version.

Ergo, it is not exclusive.

people will but HALO games too on a PC but they do not make anywhere near the impact they do on CONSOLES

 

GEARS 1 was on PC but it made more impact on CONSOLE
