I think they're annoying as fuck. After a few minutes at my house I was the only one left watching the US game.
And one thing I've always enjoyed about socccer matches is the roaring and chanting of the crowd. For some reason it just sounds different than the crowds at US sports. It makes me want to be there. All that is lost when you have those horns blowing the whole darn time.
