It's not even kameo with Kinect controls. Kameo along with other 360 launch titles were shown while the "Indiana Jones" boy had the controller in his hand. Once he put the controller away, signifying a departure from standard controls, he began to directly interface with Kinect using his body. Kameo and the other titles were then replaced with Kinect stuff. Kameo seemed to just be part of the show.
