Don't know about you people but whoever enjoyed the previous matches must now be thinking Germans are a gift from God?

Finally some hi-pace combination soccer. Seeing the very first serious candidate for the title right now. (srry England and Argentina)

Pretty much what I think of the game so far. Germany is playing a fast, fluid game, with some seriously amazing passes and breakthroughs. Although, Australia's passiveness is helping too.

You're right about their passiveness but i don't think with the other competitors we've seen there is a lot of difference in quality between australia and let's say the US or nigeria?  Germany plays like a European top club, this is very nice to watch.

That's why I always consider Germany as one of the contenders to win both the WC and European Cup. They're like a well oiled machine that does few mistakes. It also helps that the majority of the national team players play in the same league, they know each other systems and tactics, which proves invaluable in this kind of competitions.
