Well every console version of Gran Turismo has outsold Final Fantasy VII. Except possibly GT2 

Every console version of Gran Turismo has being on a console that sold over 100 Million units.

Oh yeah, i'm using that Userbase arguement.

So was Final Fantasy VII at the time counting PS1 and PC sales.
