The only real bad non spin-off sonic game would be Sonic the Hedgehog for PS3/360. Even I didn't like that game much. Shadow the Hedgehog would be the second worst. Anyway I think Sega is experimenting with different things for sonic games. Such as guns in Shadow the hedgehog and teams in Sonic Heroes. Just noticed that.
