We'll see what Nintendo has planned next for Wii, and I expect it to be a strong and varied line up of software (Zelda, Metroid, Xenoblade, potentially Pikmin 3, Last Story, Wii Party, Wii Relax, Retro Studios/Project Sora's games) and their next userbase expanding peripheral-vitality sensor. Nintendo's focus will not just be 3DS. They haven't officially announced their Q4 titles for Wii. There will be plenty of focus on Wii at E3. Relax!!
They have a 2 hour conference this year so that they have enough time to get through everything.
