do you honestly think that the Wii was only successful because of its pricepoint? no, the wii was successful because of its new ideas (motion controls), great games, and nintendo targeting the HUGE casual audience. which it did successfully. price had very little to do with it. they arent the massive deciding factor you seem to think they are.
