FFXIII was utter failure in my eyes; Even though it had an amazing world and background, the story was BORING AS HELL and moving at a very slow pace. The battle system was even worse, just change Paradigms back and forth and hit Auto-Battle until the millions of HP get depleted X_X

@people saying FF is dead. IMO it really is, first time you screw up (FFXII) it's a mistep; everybody gives another chance to the legendary name. Second time though, everybody becomes worried. And since SE's clear indication that FF is moving towards cinematic gameplay (if that) even more while abandoning the serie's core, many will pass on FFXV if thing don't (drastically change)

For me FF has been long dead. I don't like the series anymore after Final Fantasy X. Ever since Sakaguchi left, the series isn't the same anymore. The FF spirit will live on in The Last Story for me. If squeenix wants to make a game out of cinematics they should just make a movie like Spirits Within and make a new RPG IP.
