Slim could be just as small or smaller than the PS3 slim. From what we have heard the 360 slim has the GPU and the CPU combined on 1 chip. That should save considerable space.  Not that this really matters anyway.

I think that MS is going to be more conservative this time around with how much it shoves into the console relative to space and venting and so forth.    Keep in mind that two things on 1 chip would be much more of a heat maker.
