I don't really think so. Especially where Japanese games are concerned. The PS3 is only going to keep adding more Japanese exclusives as the gap between PS3 and 360 continues to widen and it gains even more steam in the West hen it hits the magical $199 price point.
We'll most likely see big exclusives like Persona 5, Kingdom Hearts 3, and FF Versus XIII, FFXIV and possibly FF XV on PS3 before this gen is truely over.
