Hmmm... well, TPS have no obligations at all to make exclusive games for any platform, unless they get paid by Sony/M$/Nintendo. There is a reason why the PS3 and the 360 are called "HD Twins", they both aim to the same audience, so the TPS think they would lose money if they didn't release it on both systems.
