That's weird, I have a slow connection (wireless - not wireless router, actual wireless - think of satellite internet) max is 1.5 Megs down and 800k up, and I have no problems with lag with any games I play, MW2, BFBC, etc
The only game I've noticed lag spikes with is HoN and that is only when my mom uses the VOIP connection to join a conference call for work or something
