Haven't read much lately, last fantasy books I've read are probably The Gunslinger series by Stephen King and Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan, both excellent series and if you enjoy fantasy I would highly recommend both.
Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos
