And in response to the pro-Android crowd, I'll repeat the same thing I said about iPad or earlier iPhone models. Part of the advantage of the iPhone is the App Store and all the dev resources being pored into the cheap, strong software. You can't underestimate that feature in the desirability of the product.
The iPhone is not really your best choice of product to attack Apple on. (Not even close.) It's been nothing but successful and almost universally loved by everyone who uses it - even by those who would never buy a Mac product. I don't know what else a product can do than have the by-far customer satisfaction rating for its market. And in 2009.
