She does look sort of like a drag queen in the last pic... Though I think it's mostly the massive makeup (especially eyebrows) and crass wig. Plus she's obviously projecting some freaky appearance lately, first pic goes a lot more toward cute. Don't think her features have changed during what's probably been around a year.
She's never had a barbie face but that's probably a good thing.
