IF this is true then this is really a nice tricky move from Kojima !

(some MGS spoiler inside)

Metal Gear Solid: Gray Fox Rising?

Snake, Snake, Snaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake! was the cry you heard in Metal Gear Solid: Guns of The Patriots, but this time Raiden, the somewhat childish soldier in Sons Of Liberty, turned super ninja has taken the lead. Kojima has never disappointed gamers in the past and at E3 2010, Metal Gear Solid: Rising will begin its rise.

The momentum and hype that’s now after Rising has been building for some time now. Ever since Raiden unexpectedly took the lead character’s role in Sons of Liberty, every Metal Gear Solid fans have payed close attention to him. Some love Raiden and most hate him.

But is it really Raiden? Some clues point to something else.

Okay, for those of you how didn’t know, I consider myself a Metal Gear expect, and also a conspirator. So here goes:

Look at the image below. The picture including featuring “Raiden” is used to promote Kojima’s upcoming title Metal Gear Solid: Rising, but is it Raiden in the image at all? Surely Kojima wouldn’t suddenly change so many of Raiden’s features.

The last time I checked Raiden had blue eyes, well the “Raiden” in the image has red eyes. What’s up with that? Also, the two screws in his head, surely we couldn’t have miss such a prominent scar. This “Raiden” also has a replacement jaw.

All one has to do is compare the Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots and this one in the image and you’ll clearly see that they are two totally different people…..

So if it’s not Raiden then who is it? I think I know the answer; it’s none other than Frank Jaeger also known as Gray Fox!

Just look at concept art of Frank Jaeger and take a look at his appearance in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops as “Null,” you will undoubtedly see the resemblance Raiden and Frank Jaeger.

If the aforementioned is the case, we are left we more questions than answers, like why do Raiden and Gray Fox look almost like twins? The Metal Gear Solid franchise is known for having clones, is Raiden a clone of Frank Jaeger, just like Snake is Big Boss’s clone?

And Gray Fox was thought to be dead after being stomped on by Metal Gear-Rex. something’s not connecting, but if we know anything about Hideo Kojima, is that the San knows how to make things make sense.

E3 is around the corner.

==> what really nice guess ... I could imagine the game could be related to the life of Frank Jaegger after his cybernetic modification and before his appearance in MGS ... my interest in this game just "rised" !!!

Time to Work !
