The true hour of glory of the series, in my book. The fact that the game can still leave such an emotional impact on players (newcomers and returning fans alike) with such limited graphical and sound capabilities is a testament to its achievements and mastery.

Most of us want a FFVII remake because, to be quite honest it has aged the worse. The 2D sprites are still amazing to look at, with the only draw back is that they still walk in tiles. But FFVII's boxy-ness is horrid
