One thing that I don't understand:
If they'll allow mods, doesn't that mean that anyone can code for the Cell without the restrictions imposed by PS3's linux environment (i.e. no access to the GPU)?
Maybe I'm missing something here because I read nothing about UT3's PS3 modding environment, but if they allow code mods wouldn't that open up the possibility of easier PS3 hacking for fun & profit?
