The people of Cocoon wouldn't fear Pulsians.
There wouldn't be any pulsians on cocoon to create the events of the thirteen days.
Thus, no Cocoon L'cie would arise, as Dajh wouldn't be made a L'Cie
Serah wouldn't be made a L'Cie too, since the Bodhan vestige Fal'Cie didn't had any need to defend itself.
There wouldn't be any fear of the L'Cie.
Cocoon Fal'Cie wouldn't be able to control the people as easily as they did.
Thus most of the chapters after chapter 4 wouldn't have any logic to it, especially chapter 7, where the people of Palumpolum are dying with fear of Snow and Hope.
Nautilus fireworks wouldn't happen in chapter 8.
Cocoon wouldn't be in a weakened state, meaning that Orphan and Eden would be nigh-impossible to destroy.
