Nope im dodging notting, see im not the one who trys make all my opinions sound like facts.

Console noop pampering? lol now you're really showing you're true colours ;) .

im dodging nothing, as no where did i say the enviroments would be as big as Crysis 1, i just said they wont be as small as most other FPS games, after all you still have a whole City to go around in.

im not trying to say the game will be great only that it has my interests as i like what they are doing more so then the first.

You're the one stating like its fact that the game is going to be crap simply becos of it being on consoles for the "Console noop pampering" As you like to call it.

So now i ask you have you played Crysis 2? no? then its end of the discussion as the same way i dont know if its going to be good, you dont know its going to be bad.

You ever think that the smaller enviroments might make for a better game?, you ever thing since they are putting alot more into the story on this one that it might make for a better game?.

If they are working in a smaller envirement the is alot more they can work on and fine tune with the game imo.

Just look at HL2 very liner game with shit Graphics by todays standeds yet its still one of if not the best FPS games ever made, Crysis 1 big huge open island with not much of a story to it, and Graphics that still look better then anything on consoles to this day yet it pales in comperesin, remember bigger is not always better ;) .

Your pisspoor point is that if you haven't played the game you can't make a call. You completely dodged that claim and went off on a tangent.

Having played the first and now seen the second, there is zero reason to think that there will be a big difference between the two. In fact they would have been advertising all the amazing new features of the new game over the last if there really was going to be such huge differences, not the ability to display smaller environments on weaker machines and better optimization.

As for noob pampering, I don't know why you put in quotes when it is very easy to show that such staples to shooters as regening health, cover, auto-aim, etc. are made solely so that more noobish players can play the game on something other than easy and feel an achievement. In fact, you can implement just abuot all those features, without them being noobish, but developers don't want to do that either.
